優秀舉重選手膝伸肌與屈肌等速肌力之分析研究

Evaluation of Isokinetic Strength of Knee Extensors and Flexors of Outstanding Weight Lifters

摘要


本研究的目的在於評估優秀舉重選手膝伸肌與屈肌之等速肌力。13位國家級之選手自願參與爲受試者(6位男性,7位女性)。使用Lido等速肌力測試器在角速度60度/秒,180度/秒,300度/秒進行測試;另外使用生物阻抗分析系統獲得每位受試者之體脂肪比例與淨體重。在角速度60度/秒下膝伸肌慣用腳與非慣用腳之單位體重最大力矩值有顯著差異,其他兩種速度無顯著差異。男性受試者之單位體重最大力矩值於三種速度皆顯著大於女性受試者;但是比較單位淨體重之最大力矩男女之間並無顯著差異;在膝屈肌與膝伸肌之比值方面,在60度/秒爲46.7%-51.7%,在180度/秒爲54.4%-57.5%,在300度/秒時爲63%-69.4%。 由本篇研究結果顯示,經由舉重之長期訓練課程,舉重選手於較高速度時,肌力之發展兩邊較爲對稱;男性有較大之肌力主要是由於有較高的淨體重;舉重選手比一般群眾有較低之膝屈肌與伸肌之比例。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the isokinetic strength of knee extensors (Q) and flexors (H) of outstanding weight lifters (WL). There were 13 national level WLs (6 males, 7females) from NCPES volunteered as subjects. Subjects seated with 100° hip flexion were asked to perform maximal voluntary knee extension and flexion, and LIDO system dynamometer was used to investigate subjects' isokinetic strength of 60°/s,180°/s,and 300°/s.Body fat percentage andlean body weight(LBW)of subjects were determined using bioelectric impedence analysis (RJL system). There was significantly higher peak torque(PT)/body weight(BW)of dominant legs than nondominant legs only for 60°/s knee extension, and no significant difference for 180°/s and300°/s.The PT/BW of male subjects were significantly higher than PT/BW of female subjects for all three angular velocity tested. But, there were no significant difference between males and females if PT/LBW were used to compare. The H/Q ratios under three velocities were 46.7%-51.7%(60°/s),54.4%-57.5%(180°/s),and 63%-69.4%(300°/s),respectively. The results of this study suggested that weight lifters had symetrically muscular strength developing, especially for higher velocities, through WL training programs. The higher strength of male subjects were due to higher lean body weight. Weight lifters investigated seemed to have lower H/Q ratios than general population.
