左右手不同方向擊球能力之比較研究

摘要

本研究的目的是比較左右手不同方向擊球能力的差異與兩種手眼協調型式（交叉型和單邊型）對擊球能力的影響。以國立台灣師範大學一年級女生慣用右手者367名爲受試對象。每位受試者判定慣用手與慣用眼後，分別以左右手單手持球棒，測驗四種不同方式之擊球能力（1.右内：右手持球棒向身體左邊揮棒；2.右外：右手持球棒向身體右邊揮棒；3.左内：左手持球棒向身體右邊揮棒；4.左外：左手持球棒向身體左邊揮棒。），所得資料利用t考驗、單因子變異數分析和杜凱法事後比較等統計方法，經分析結果得到下列結論：
㈠慣用手（右手）的擊球能力優於非慣用手（左手），且不受揮棒方式（方向）的不同而影響其擊球能力。
㈡非慣用手（左手）的擊球能力明顯的不如慣用手（右手），且因揮棒方式（方向）的不同而影響其擊球能力。
㈢“左外右内”與“左内右外”的擊球能力不具統計上的顯著差異，由此顯示，單就棒球揮棒擊球動作而言，慣用右手者位於左邊打擊區或右邊打擊區，其擊球能力幾乎一樣好。
㈣兩種手眼協調型式在四種不同擊球方式的擊球能力均不具統計上的顯著差異。基於此，不同打擊區的選擇應考慮慣用眼的因素，以獲得更佳的視覺利益。

The purpose of this study was to compare the hitting ability of the left and right hand in the different direction, and the effects of different eye-hand coordinations style (Crossed Lateral &Unilateral) on the hitting ability.
Three hundred and sixty seven right-handed female freshmen of National Taiwan Normal University served as subjects in this investigation. After the dominant hand and eye were determined by each subject, left and right land were used respectively to hold the bat. Then four different styles of hitting ability were tested. (1. Right-inside: The bat was held by right hand and swung from right side to left side. 2. Right-outside: The bat was hold by right hand and swung from left side to right side. 3. Left-inside: Vice versa to ”rihgt-inside”. 4. Left-outside: Vice versa to right-outside.)
The collected information was managed by the following statistical method. t-test. ANONA and Tukey's method, etc. After the result was analysised, the following condusions were obtained.
(1) There's no statistically significant difference of hitting ability between ”right-inside” and ”right outside”. (p＞.05)
(2) There's a statistically significant difference of hitting ability between ”right-inside' and ”left-inside”/”left-outside”. (p＜.05)
(3) There's a statistically significant difference of hitting ability between ”right-outside” and ”left-inside”/”left-outside”. (p＜.05)
(4) There's a statistically significant difference of hitting ability between ”left-inside” and ”left-outside” (p＜.05)
(5) There's no statistically significant difference of hitting ability between ”left-outside and right-inside” (the combination of ”left-outside” and ”right-inside” hitting ability) and ”left-inside and right-outside” (the combination of ”left-inside” and ”right-outside” hitting ability).
(6) From the view of the hitting ability of the four different types of hitting, there's no statistically significant difference between the two styles of eye-hand coordination.
