本研究旨在探討國中體育敎學師生互動行為,以及性別因素對師生互動之影響。以國中實習體育敎師八名及八個班級為對象,採錄影方式取得班級上課敎學資料,應用CAFIAS師生互動系統觀察法分析師生互動行為,經綜合分析討論後,得到以下結論: 一、受試國中實習體育敎師敎學時以直接影響方式為主,師與生行為所佔比例接近2:1。 二、敎師以口語表達,學生以非口語表達為主要方式;敎師主要行為為給予訊息、指示命令,很少問問題、接納與採用學生觀點、稱讚及鼓勵學生。 三、男敎師上課氣氛較女敎師溫暖,有較高比例的稱讚、鼓勵學生行為,且學生行為所佔比例較高。 四、敎師與男學生互動量較高,對男學生負回饋及指導較多,給女學生正面回饋比例略高,上述情形尤其是女敎師更為明顯。
The purpose of this study was to examines the interaction between junior high school cadet PE teachers and students and the influence of sex on it. The subjects are eight junior high school cadet PE teachers and eight of their classes. We record the classes with video recorders and then analyze the interaction between teachers and students with CAFIAS. After the anslyses and discussion the findings are summarized as follows: 1. Junior high school cadet PE teachers mainly adopt the direct influence as their teaching approach, and the behavior of teachers and students are approximately in the ratio 2:1. 2. Most of the time, teachers express themsevles verbally, and students noverbally; the major behavior of teachers is giving inflormation and orders, and they seldom ask questions, accept or adopt students' ideas, and praise or encourge students. 3. Male teachers' classes are reported to have more warmth classroom climate, higher ratio of praising, encouraging students, and higher ratio of students' behavior than female teachers'. 4. Teachers have more interaction with and give more negative feedback and instruction to male students, but give higher ratio of positive feedback to female students. The situations mentioned above are even more obvious in female teachers' classes. 5. The time teachers spend in waiting for students' answers is very short, usually no more than two seconds.
