The Effects of the Supramaximal Exercise on Immunoglobulin and Interleukin-1 Concentration in Blood

摘要


本研究的目的在探討超最大運動對血液中免疫球蛋白與白血球間素-1濃度的影響,並比較長、短距離選手在免疫球蛋白與白血球間素-1濃度上的差異。 以16位運動員為本研究的受試者,於溫蓋特無氧動力測驗前、測驗後3分鐘、測驗後1小時,分別在手肘上正中皮静脈處抽取血液5cc,以ELISA法分析血液中免疫球蛋白與白血球間素-1的濃度,所得資料以重覆量數多變項變異數分析考驗,α定為0.05,獲得下列結果: 1.長、短距離選手在實驗過程中,血液中的免疫球蛋白與白血球間素-1濃度沒有顯著差異。 2.超最大運動後,血液中免疫球蛋白與白血球間素-1濃度沒有變化。 本研究獲得下列結論:超最大運動不會影響血液中免疫球蛋白與白血球間素-1的濃度;長、短距離選手在超最大運動中的免疫球蛋白與白血球間素-1並沒有差異。

The purposes of this study were:1)to investigate the effects of supramaximal exercise on Immunoglobulin (IgA, IgM, IgG) and interleukin-1 concentration in blood;2)to compare the differences between the long and the short distance players in immunoglobulin and interleukin-1 concentration. Sixteen players were the subjects of this study.5cc blood was taken from the median cubital vein, before, three minutes after, and one hour after the thirty-second Wingate Anaerobic Test. The blood samples were assayed by ELISA. Data were analyzed by repeated MANOVA. The statistical significance was set as α<0.05.As a result, we found: 1. There were no significant differences in immunoglobulin and interleukin-1 concentration in blood between the long and the short distance players. 2. There was no significance change in immunoglobulin and interleukin-1 concentration in blood after the supramaximal exercise. The results indicated that the supramaximal exercise could not affect the immunoglobulinandinterleukin-1 concentration in blood; in the meantime, immunoglobulin and interleukin-1 concentration showed no significant differences between the long and the short distance players.
