大學生健康體能計畫介入之效果研究

The Effects of Health-related Physical Fitness Program on College Students

摘要


本研究目的在探討健康體能計畫介入的效果,健康體能計晝包括:一、健康體能知識、運動態度及運動行為問卷調查。二、健康體能測驗(心肺耐力:十二分鐘跑走;肌力與肌耐力:一分鐘伏地挺身及一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐;柔軟度:坐式體前屈;身體組成:身體質量指數法)。三、健康體能課程敎學。四、擬定運動計晝。五、個別指導。六、簽訂運動契約。本研究是以東海大學二年級興趣選項的游泳課學生94名為對象於83年3月初進行前測,開始實施一系列健康體能計晝至六月中旬進行後測,暑假過後9月底進行後後測。 本研究結果發現,健康體能計晝介入後,實驗組在健康體能知識、運動態度、運動行為及體能狀況(除身體組成外)均顯著優於對照組。在健康體能計晝評價方面,經過問卷調查,實驗組學生對活動評價頗高,同時對課程也予以正面肯定。 因此,提出以下結論:實施健康體能計晝確實可以有效增進學生對健康體能的知識與態度,改善體能狀況及協助運動行為的建立。

In this research, the effects of health-related physical fitness program applying on college students was studied. The program includes a questionnaire on fitness knowledge, exercise attitude and exercise behavior; the health-related fitness tests; the health-related fitness teaching course; design of exercise planes; individual instruction and an exercise contract. The study subjects were 94 sophomores at Tunghai university who enrolled in the swimming course. The program last for a period of 4 months. Tests were given both before and after the program application. The performance of the experieneced group were significantly better than the control group. A post-test was given 3 months after the program conclusion. The experimental group is still significantly better. It is therefore concluded that the students benefit from the healthrelated physical fitness program, both on their fitness knowledge and physical fitness state. Moreover, better exercise habit may be established with the help of health-related physical fitness program.
