摘要

運動世界受到經濟發展的影響，產生一股強大的推力，同時也承受很多壓力。在這一推一阻之間，如何求其平衡、取得完善，實有赖「運動倫理」的建立。因此本文擬以「經濟發展和運動」和「運動倫理在經濟發展過程中之轉變」二部份，分析「建立運動倫理」的必要性，最後以「運動倫理亟待建立」加以探討，並提出三項具體的方針，包括㈠重建運動者適當的價值觀；㈡善盡運動從業人員之社會責任；㈢喚醒社會大眾之運動倫理觀。使運動和經濟的發展能尊重每一「個體」，並且人、事、物皆能和諧共存。

The economical development, influencing and assisting the Sporting World, so with the negative/positve enforcement to the stated world. We find that the establishment of The Sport Ethics world balance the difference between them.
The paper, tried to study ”the relation between economical development and sports”, ”The changes of Ethnical prospect between the economical development and sports”, finding are: (1) reestablished the sportsman svalues; (2) sports associations should do their best to ensure the social responsiblities; (3) awaking the sport ethics of thepublic. Then the sport as well as economic development torespect everyone. The human being can exist in harmonious withthings in the world.
