本研究主要目的在比較高雄縣國民小學資源班與普通班學生在體格發展與體適能表現上之差異。本研究以八十八學年度全縣國小身心障礙資源班人數為母群體,依行政區域畫分為鳳山、岡山、旗山等三區,以分層隨機取樣方式,從每一區中選取二所學校之資源班學生為實驗組,共抽取6校,每校12人,並常態抽取相對性質普通班學生12人為控制組。總計樣本人數為144人,有效樣本人數為129人,平均年齡為8.63±0.30歲。測量項目包括身高、體重、胸圍、腰圍、臀圍、腰臀圍比值、身體質量指數(BMI)、800公尺跑走、坐姿體前彎和一分鐘仰臥起坐等十項。測得資料經統計處理後發現:一、 體格發展方面:資源班與普通班學生及不同行政區之男、女學童在體格發展上均無顯著差異。二、 體適能表現方面:1.資源班與普通班男生在BMI與坐姿體前彎兩項均無顯著差異,但在一分鐘仰臥起坐(p<.01)及800公尺跑走(p<.05)方面,則是普通班男生優於資源班男生。2.女生方面,800公尺跑走和坐姿體前彎(p<.05),普通班女生優於資源班女生,BMI和一分鐘仰臥起坐則無顯著差異。3.鄉村學童在800公尺跑走及一分鐘仰臥起坐兩項均優於都市學童,而BMI與坐姿體前彎則無顯著差異(p>.05)。
The purpose of this study was to compare the differences, the physique and the physical fitness performance, between the ” Normal ” and ” Resource room ” students in Kaohsiung county. The total of 129 elementary school students, of 6 schools sufficient samples, 8.63 ±0.30 of their average ages, were stratified and chosen randomly from 3 different administrations in Kaohsiung county. The test items include: body weight, height, chest girth, waistline, hip girth, sit and reach, one-minute sit-up, and 800m run-walk test. The data analyzed by one-way ANOVA and t-test, revealed that: 1.There were no significant in physique between the resource room and normal students, and different administrations. 2.There were no significant in BMI and ”sit and reach” between the resource room and normal boys, however, the normal students are superior to the resource room by the one-minute sit-up (p<.01) and 800m run-walk (p<.05). 3.As far as girls are concerned, there were no significant differences between the resource room and normal students in BMI, sit and reach, and one-minute sit-up except 800m run-walk test (revealing the former is superior to the latter, p<.05). 4.The boys and girls from different administrations reach the significant in the one-minute sit-up and 800m run-walk test except BMI and ”sit and reach”.
