補充鹼性液體對耐力運動表現的影響

摘要


運動過程中,肌肉代謝所產生的氫離子及乳酸堆積是造成肌肉疲勞的主要原因,而鹼性液體的補充可以提高血液PH值,改變人體代謝環境,但對於耐力運動表現的影響仍未有一致之定論,在應用時易造成腸胃道不適及腹瀉等現象發生。本文藉由了解鹼性液體補充的生理機轉及對耐力運動表現的影響進行探討,以確定鹼性液體補充的價值。
