彈簧質量模型與其在生物力學研究上的應用

摘要


本文統整近年來運動生物力學熱門的研究議題-彈簧質量模型(spring-mass model)探討下肢運動的生物力學現象。除分析彈簧質量模型發展的基礎概念外,尚詳述線性彈簧質量模型及轉動彈簧質量模型兩者之差異與應用面;另透過彈簧質量模型在生物力學研究上的應用,探討動作過程中,下肢勁度的特性,藉以瞭解人體在進行動作表現或傷害預防時的調節機制。
