急停跳動作中前十字韌帶傷害風險的潛在力學因子

摘要


前十字韌帶的撕裂傷是急停跳動作中常見的非接觸性運動傷害。而非接觸性運動中會造成前十字韌帶的傷害是因人體在動作中對前十字韌帶產生過大的張力所致,尤其是前十字韌帶在脛骨末端處之前剪力。而透過逆向動力學所得之膝關節近脛骨處前剪力可作爲前十字韌帶脛骨末端處前剪力之指標。研究指出,急停跳動作中近脛骨前剪力之形成與著地期間下肢的運動生物力學特性極具關聯,著地瞬間的髖關節角速度,以及著地期的地面反作用力、淨膝關節伸肌力矩與股四頭肌參與之力量皆是影響近脛骨前剪力的潛在運動生物力學因子。基此,藉由上述急停跳動作中形成前十字韌帶傷害的潛在力學因子可作爲日後傷害預防與相關探討之參考。
