棒球運動科學選材之探討

The Study of Athlete Scientific Selection for Baseball

摘要


本研究針對國內外棒球選材的相關文獻資料進行整理與探討,找出針對棒球運動員進行科學選材的時機與指標。體型上的指標方面,身材越高大、肌肉越發達的選手,其表現也越佳;而體能方面在肌力、爆發力、速度上較佳的選手,其運動專項表現也較佳;而運動專項的指標間也有關連。因此棒球運動最佳的科學選材時機,應該訂在由初級選材晉升至中級選材(國中升高中)階段,以及由中級選材晉升為高級選材(高中升大學)階段。選材指標應包括體型方面的身高、體重、肌肉量、四肢肢段圍,基礎體能方面的速度、爆發力、肌力,及運動專項能力方面的跑壘能力、打擊能力、守備能力。上述指標相當適合作為棒球運動科學選材的依據,可監控訓練效果與選手狀況,提昇訓練品質與訓練效果。

The aim of this study was trying to find out the timing and index of the scientific selection for baseball athlete. The index of performance will be better if the athlete had better in body size, muscle strength, power and speed, and were related each other. The best timing of the scientific selection for baseball athlete was from junior high school to senior high school, and from senior high school to college. The index of the scientific selection for baseball athlete should include body size (just like body height, body weight, muscle mass, and circumference of upper limbs and lower limbs), physical fitness (just like speed, power and muscle strength) and performance (just like base running, batting and defense abilities). The indicators were suitable for the scientific selection of baseball athlete, and can be used for monitoring the training results and player status to enhance the quality and results of training.
