摘要

近年來探討重要他人動機氣候的研究大多是以單一重要他人對變項的探討，本研究整理運動員知覺多重重要他人與心理變項之間的關係，目的是希望藉由同時探討三種重要他人塑造動機氣候對運動員的影響，將能更瞭解運動員對於三種不同重要他人的重要性為何。本文分為兩個部份，第一部分：介紹動機氣候的概念及整理教練、父母及同儕單一塑造動機氣候的相關研究結果；第二部分：探討運動員知覺多重重要他人的相關研究結果。最後根據文獻內容對未來研究作出具體建議。

In recent years, most literature of significant others' motivational climate focused on the influence of single significant other to outcome variables. The current study aimed to examine the relationships between multi significant others' motivational climate and psychological variables by investigating the behaviors of coaches, peers, and parents that were perceived by athletes simultaneously, and further explored the importance of three different kinds of motivational climate. There were two parts in the study. First, the concept, and related findings from the literature of coaches, peers, and parents' motivational climate. Second, the relevant research findings of the perceptions to multi significant others motivational climate of athletes were explored, and practical suggestions by literatures review were brought up.
