TFT-LCD模組製程肌肉骨骼危害之人因工程分析

Ergonomics Analysis of Musculoskeletal Hazards for Module Assembly Process in a TFT-LCD Factory

摘要


薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器(thin film transistor-liquid crystal display, TFT-LCD)近年來在台灣迅速發展,並被視爲台灣電子業的主流。目前製程雖多以自動化,但仍有部分製程仍是以人力搬運操作,尤其是後段模組製程。作業人員需長時間地從事重複性的作業,在作業中也可能需要搬運重物,加上使用不適於國人之機台設備及工作站…等,都可能造成較高之肌肉骨骼不適的風險。本研究目的即爲探討TFT-LCD模組製程作業人員之肌肉骨骼危害,研究分爲四個部分,第一個部分是問卷調查,了解作業人員肌肉骨骼的不適部位;第二個部分是工作分析與檢核表分析,進行危害評估;第三個部分爲現場環境量測,第四部分爲生物力學分析。結果顯示,在問卷方面,作業人員在肩部(59.8%)、頸部(49.5%)、手腕(39.5%)及上背(30.6%)有較高的不適症狀,在使用BRIEF檢核表的評估方面,雖然有相似的結果,但和問卷比較卻有較高的潛在危害率。現場環境的量測方面,工作台高度介於90-100cm,作業人員所需搬運重量則與搬運片數有關。生物力學分析模擬三種搬運姿勢中,發現AGING作業人員超過動作極限值(AL)3400牛頓;模組製程之作業人員肌肉骨骼不適症狀的比率相當高,建議改善工作台及工作椅之高度,並進行推車再設計,以減少人因工程風險因素。

The TFT-LCD (thin film transistor-liquid crystal display) industry is growing rapidly and has become a major contributor to Taiwan's economy. Although the manufacturing process of TFT-LCD's is highly automated, manual labor is required for the module assembly process. These operators may be at risk for musculoskeletal disorders because of the long work hours and repetitive activity in an unfitted work station. The aim of this study is to evaluate the ergonomics hazards in the module assembly process in a TFT-LCD factory. This study has 4 parts: 1) using a questionnaire to examine musculoskeletal symptoms, 2) using job analysis and Baseline Risk Identification of Ergonomic Factor (BRIEF) to evaluate the hazards, 3) evaluating the work place design and 4) using a biomechanical model to measure the force and posture of the musculoskeletal system of the worker. Many participants reported symptoms of musculoskeletal disorder in the shoulder (59.8%), neck (49.5%), wrist (39.5%), and upper back (30.6%). The results of the BRIEF analysis were similar to those of the questionnaire but indicated even higher prevalence. The height of the work benches was between 90 and 100 cm. Based on the biomechanical analysis, only one operator working in the AGING area suffered a compressive force on L5/S1 of more than 3400 N. The study indicated that the prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms was very high among participants in the module assembly process. To reduce the ergonomic risk factors, adjusting the height of the work benches and chairs and redesigning the truck to decrease the chance of unsuitable positions were recommended.
