製程系統的智慧型失效樹分析

Intelligent FTA for Manufacturing System

摘要


本文所發展的智慧型失效樹分析(Fault Tree Analysis, FTA)有三個特色:(1)將FTA以結構化方式處理,不僅考慮到硬體失效,同時也可考慮到軟體、電源、人為操作、外力環境及天然災害等因素;(2)將基本資料化為標準表格的輸入,強調只要了解製程系統的人員即可輸入,且適合多台設備資料之大筆匯入;(3)由電腦程式自動判斷相關邏輯及其上下屬關係,自動長出FTA結果圖。如此作法,可減少及縮短FTA的分析人力與時間,進而提高此方法在製程系統的應用。

Intelligent FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) analytic approach that this text develops as three characteristics: 1. To deal with FTA by way of structurization. Not only the efficacy loss of the hardware is considered, but also the factors like the software, power, manual operation, external force environment, and natural disasters, etc., are also taken into consideration. 2. To input the basic information into the standard form as long as the working staff in the manufacturing system is realized. This way is also suitable for the collection of great amounts of information in lots of equipment. 3. To judge the related logic and the primary and secondary relation by computer programs automatically, and then develop the result chart of FTA. By this way, the manpower and time of analyzing FTA can be reduced, and also improve the application of this way in manufacturing system.
