摘要

宋遼兩國在長期的和平外交下，經常派遣使節進行交聘的活動，因此累積了很多外交檔案資料。至宋神宗時，曾派蘇頌整編這些檔案資料，書名爲《華戎魯衛信錄》，但是此書早已失傳，令人頗覺惋惜。今筆者蒐集相關史料之後，討論當時整編《華戎魯衛信錄》的緣由、宋神宗指派蘇頌負責整編《華戎魯衛信錄》的原因、蘇頌整編《華戎魯衛信錄》的態度與該書內容，以及其失傳的憾事，期使讀者對此書和宋遼外交等情形能有進一步的了解。

Both Song and Liao two countries in such long peaceful diplomacy relation, they usually dispatched envoys mutually to do the diplomatic activities, thus accumulating a lot of diplomatic file information. Since the emperor Song Shen-tzung ever dispatched Su Song to compile these file information, this book was titled with《Hua Rong Lu Wei Xin Lu》, however it was so regrettable due to this book being lost. Now this author collects some relevant historical materials to discuss the cause why this book was to be compiled at that time, the reason of the emperor Song Shen-tzung appointing Su Song to compile this book, and Su Song's attitude and thinking on this book, furthermore the contents of this book and the regret matters on its missing. Anyway the purpose of this author is to enable readers more comprehensions on this book's diplomatic activities between Song and Liao.
