Orticochea三皮瓣方法作頭皮缺損之重建－二病例報告
摘要
1971年Orticochea發表以三皮瓣技術作大面積頭皮缺損的重建手術。他利用頭皮豐富的血液供應，設計出較長寬的三條皮瓣，並切開帽狀腱膜，使頭皮具更有延展性，因此可以成功的縫合大面積頭皮缺損。 本文報告貳例頭皮鱗狀上皮癌合併頭骨侵犯，作廣泛切除後形成大約72及81平方公分的缺損，重建手術包括肋骨頭骨形成術及Orticochea三皮瓣技術成功的縫合缺損。在此作此病例報告及文獻回顧。

Two cases of large scalp defects reconstructed with Orticochea's three-flap technique were reported. These defects were the results of radical excision of advanced squamous cell carcinoma of scalp, with the tumor-invaded skull bone also removed. The size of these to defects were about 72 cm^2 and 81 cm^2. Split-rib cranioplasty for protecting the brain and contouring the skull shape, followed by three-flap scalp reconstructions were carried out to close the large defects without skin grafting.
