後天指甲週圍纖維角質瘤－病例報告
摘要
本文報告三例由指甲邊緣長出之纖維腫瘤，由於其外觀狀似剝過皮的蒜頭，故有些作者將它稱之爲『蒜瓣纖維瘤』，它是一種自然發生在手腳指頭之後天良性瘤，患部通常無明顯症狀，外傷可能是造成這種瘤的原因。診斷時常需與先天多指症、鷄眼、化膿性肉芽腫、疣等疾病區別，病理切片可看到表皮層有過度角質化的現象，腫瘤中心部充滿著厚的膠原蛋白纖維和縱相排列的纖維母細胞。外科切除是治療的最佳選擇，術後少見有復發的現象。

Three cases of an uncommon, acquired fibrokeratoma are reported. They grew away from the nail bed projecting from the cuticle over the dorsum of the nail of finger or toe. Histological examination showed that they were covered by a layer of hyperkeratotic stratified squamous epithelium. The core was composed of interlacing bundles of dense collagenous tissue with capillary channels. The lesions were painless and did not recur after removal.
