Anterior Lateral Thigh Island Pedicle Flap in Total Scrotal Reconstruction-Three Cases Report
利用前外側大腿島狀帶莖皮瓣做為全陰囊重建－三例病例報告
摘要
陰囊皮膚缺損可能發生在外傷，感染，燙傷，惡性腫瘤或先天性異常。文獻上報導過很多重建全陰囊的方法，特別在睪丸外露的情形下。這篇是報告我們的經驗利用前外側大腿島狀帶莖皮瓣做為陰囊重建的三例病例報告。我們使用前外側大腿島狀帶莖皮瓣在全陰囊皮膚缺損及睪丸外露的三位男性患者，全部皮瓣都可以容易的轉移到皮膚缺損部位，皮瓣都有存活下來，也沒有任何併發症的發生。在術後6個月，前外側大腿皮瓣的外觀變為和正常陰囊的外觀非常相似。

Scrotal skin defect may happen after trauma, infectious destruction, burn injury, malignancy and congenital anomalies. Numerous techniques were reported for scrotal reconstruction, especially after total loss of the overlying skin with testes exposure. We present our experience in scrotal reconstruction for three patients with total scrotal loss and testes exposure by the anterior lateral thigh flap in island fasciocutaneous pedicle flap. All flaps survived with no immediate or delayed complications. The anterior lateral thigh flap provided durable skin and thin soft-tissue coverage with good aesthetic results in 6 months follow up.
