Typhoon Tau-Chi has caused the devastating destruction of Dai-Shen Village and has led us to a serious topic of how human and nature should live harmoniously and co-depend on each other. This study follows the standard method of soil and water conservation act publicized by Council Agriculture Executive Yuan-simprecise method, and there are 3 different units of soil used as research materials. This research uses GIS and DTM to analyze landslides and waterflow to understand the potential characteristics of sensitive relief With the practical field work to testify the hypothesis, assumptions on the directions of distribution of relief can be conducted, which are useful references for future generation.
