生態旅遊是一種負责任的旅游,强調自然環境保護和旅遊地的永續利用。臺灣自2002年推動生態旅遊以來,各旅遊地無不積極爭取成爲生態旅遊地的一員。其中國家森林遊樂區在林務局规割下推勤森林生態旅遊。在推動生態旅遊的過程中,遊客是成败舆否的關鍵要素。本研究爲了解遊客在生態旅递地中的環境識覺行爲舆環境满意度,以及對生態旅遊的参舆意願,以内洞圆家森林遊樂區爲例,针對遊客進行問卷抽樣調查,有效問卷計324份。研究結果顯示森林生態旅遊地區的遊客年龄、學歷均偏高,避件多爲家人親戚或朋友同事開車前來,以欣賞大自然舆運動健行爲主,遊客的初訪率及再訪率均高。「瀑布」是遊客印象最深的景觀。 此外遊客對區内各项環境属性的满意度均高,尤以自我行属的满意度最高。透過變異數分析舆卡方檢定的結果顯示,不同的遊客屬性,在環境識覺舆行爲及環境满意度上皆有顯著差異,而環境满意度较高,對内洞森林遊樂區生態旅遊的参舆意願较高。遊客對内洞森林遊樂區生態旅遊行程的願付價值在500-1,000元間。本研究成果建議相關單位能规劃更完整的生態旅遊且加强解說服務:並增進周圍社區的在生態旅遊中的参舆程度,以提升内洞森林生態旅遊地的價值舆永續性。
The purpose of this study is to understand tourists' environment perception and spatial behavior, ecotourism cognition and participation willingness. The researcher conducts a case study in Neidong National Forest Recreation Area, analyzing 324 effective questionnaires. The findings suggest that tourists in this forest ecotourism area tend to be in older age and/or with higher educational background. Most of those tourists came here with family members or friends by cars with the intention to appreciate the beauty of the nature or to hike, and they have the deepest impression for its waterfall. The re-visiting rate and the tourists' environmental satisfaction is high, especially in self-behavior. Different visitor characteristics have significant impacts on their environment perception, environment satisfaction. Also better ecotourism coginition and higher degree of environment satisfaction can enhance tourist' willingness to participate in and willingness-to-pay values on ecotourism. In this case, the respondents not only reported high levels of willingness to participate in but also indicated the willingness-to-pay values about 500 to 1000 NT dollars. These finding results might provide the relevant governmental units that are in charge with insights for formulating strategic plans for recreation sites.
