土地與獨立音樂-一個音樂文化創業歷程的探究

摘要


跳脫創業研究看待財富創造為主要創業成果的經濟思維,本研究以「生祥與樂團們」為個案,運用開創(entrepreneuring)觀點探討個案音樂文化的創業歷程。研究結果發現:個案創業初期以參與美濃家鄉社會運動出發,中期為其他弱勢階級發聲,到後期創業者們試圖以音樂創作打造地方、立足全球的創業歷程。本文強調以開創觀點剖析創業歷程,將能幫助創業研究跳脫過去著重創業的經濟觀,而回歸創業本身具有關懷社會與文化的創業本質。文末,透過開創觀點的創業核心要素,本文提出未來台灣在創業研究上的可能發展方向

In the fields of entrepreneurship studies, wealth creation is a fundamental goal of entrepreneurial efforts; however, little is known about the social nature of entrepreneurship. To address this gap, taking Taiwan's Sheng Xiang & the Bands as case studies, we explore the cultural entrepreneurial process from the concept of 'entrepreneuring'. Findings of the research indicate that the entrepreneurial process from the performing arts group is from social movement to social entrepreneurship. Additionally, we highlight the novel directions for entrepreneurship research suggested by the concept of Entrepreneuring perspective and relate it to Taiwan context.
