近年來隨著互聯網金融業務持續發展,其監理法規不斷完善情況下,互聯網金融已為中國商業銀行帶來前所未有的挑戰。本文同時從資產、權益、利息收入及風險管理等角度分別探討互聯網金融之第三方支付(TPP)與P2P(peer-to-peer)網貸對中國商業銀行之衝擊與影響;為提高估計效率,研究以近似不相關迴歸模型分析互聯網金融各種新興業務模式的競爭形勢,結果發現互聯網金融的TPP與P2P網貸對中國商業銀行的獲利能力都產生負面的影響,但也使商業銀行開始落實風險管理,商業銀行也在TPP發展之促使下轉型,透過在支付業務上之創新增加非利息收入,但P2P網貸也使銀行因貸款減少而使利息收入下降。
In recent years, with the continuous development of Internet finance business and the continuous improvement of Internet financial regulation, Internet finance has brought unprecedented challenges to Chinese commercial banks. This study also explores the impact and effect of third-party payment and P2P online lending on Chinese commercial banks from the aspect of asset, equity, interest income, and risk by seemingly unrelated regression model. The results show that third party payment and P2P lending have a negative impact on the profitability of Chinese commercial banks, but also enabled commercial banks to implement risk management. The commercial banks also transformed by the development of third party payment, and non-interest income is increased through innovation in payment business, but P2P online lending also reduce the interest income of commercial banks due to the decrease in loans.
