觀光遊憩資源特性對旅館制定套裝產品影響之研究-以花蓮地區為例

The Impact of the Characteristics of Tourism Resources on Setting Hotel Packages-A Study in Hualien Province

摘要


旅館行銷人員應對週遭環境具備豐富的資源知識。湖泊、海岸、河流、高山的存在能提供行銷機會;在具有風俗民情,能划船、滑雪等人文或自然稟賦的環境,觀光旅館應善加利用,主動規劃活動以豐富旅客的住宿經驗,創造自己的特色。本研究以花蓮地區為範圍,目的在探索觀光遊憩資源的特性為何,且觀光旅館的行銷人員如何運用這些資源特性做為訂定套裝產品時的一項有利因素。研究對象是自行推出套裝產品的國際觀光旅館,針對行銷業務主管與專員進行深度訪談,並進行問卷調查。研究發現,在設計一般導覽遊程時,應考慮觀光景點是否具資源連續性、獨特性、原始性。設計特殊興趣遊程時,行銷業務人員多半選擇具文化民俗性、稀有性、完整性、原始性的觀光景點。而特殊事件遊程中應富含獨特性、稀有性、完整性、原始性為主的景點,較能吸引遊客。

It is important that hotel marketing personnel should be knowledgeable about their environment. When well utilizing the resources such as lakes, oceanshores, rivers, mountains and local cultures, a resort hotel is even more attractive to travelers than that located in the city. The variety of tourism resources is valuable to the success of hotel packages. The purpose of the study was to find out the associations between the characteristics of the natural tourism resources and the types of hotel packages. In Hualien Province, for example, it was indicated that ”General Touring” package should contain the natural resource of ”completeness”, ”uniqeness”, and ”primitiveness”. The packages of ”Special Event” and ”Special Interest” shared almost the same environment, while ”culturalness/local costumes and practices” was more important on designing ”Special Interest” packages.
