本研究旨在探討我國積體電路廠商之策略聯盟行成因素、聯盟特性(類型)、及其與聯盟績效間之關係。針對42家有從事聯盟活動的回卷廠商,利用因素分析、區別分析、迴歸分析、多變量變異數分析、以及卡方獨立性檢定等統計分析工具進行實證研究,研究結果發現:一、就策略聯盟特性(類型)而言,我國積體電路廠商較多從事並著重於「有股權聯盟」、「研發聯盟」、「跨國聯盟」以及「同業聯盟」。二、就策略聯盟行成因素而言,「廠商能力」對聯盟類型與聯盟績效的解釋利比「產業環境」為強。三、從事「有股權聯盟」、「跨國聯盟」以及「異業聯盟」之廠商,其聯盟績效的表現分別優於從事「非股權聯盟」、「國內聯盟」以及「同業聯盟」之廠商。
Through making a survey of Taiwan’s IC firms, this study explores types of strategic alliances and factors influencing alliances formation and performance. By applying factor analysis, discriminant analysis, regression analysis, MANOVA, and Chi-square test of independence, forty-two Taiwan’s IC firms mainly adopt and consider important are those of “equity alliance”, “research alliance”, “cross-national alliance”, and “intra-industry alliance”. (2) Firm capabilities have more influence on types and performance of strategic alliances than industrial environment. (3)Performances of “equity alliance”, “cross-national alliance”, and “inter-industry alliance” are better than those of “non-equity alliance”, “domestic alliance”, and “intra-industry alliance”.
