資訊分享對供應鏈績效影響之研究-從供應商角度探討

摘要


在競爭激烈的全球化市場中,面對資訊快速進步、產品生命週期逐漸縮短且消費者主義高漲的趨勢,上游供應商不得不配合下游廠商對於高彈性與迅速交貨期限的要求。因此往往有過度積壓存貨的狀況,造成相當沉重的負擔。針對這個問題,一些研究指出資訊分享對於促使供應鏈的合作夥伴更緊密的協調、合作,提昇供應鏈的績效有很大幫助。因此基於對供應商所面對的競爭壓力和需求扭曲對其造成嚴重的影響,本研究以上游供應商所探討,希望瞭解供應商應如何善用資訊分享,以滿足下游廠商對於交期和數量的需求,進而改善供應鏈整體績效。在一個對顧客而言三階的供應鏈模擬環境下,我們應用已知的存貨管理、生產管理和資訊分享的觀念和作法,研擬出一套符合出貨交期限制和降低總成本之模式,使得上游供應商可以擺脫存貨積壓及效率不彰的困境。希望能藉此研究提供一般企業在供應鏈實務上的建議,作為其與供應鏈夥伴加速資訊分享、建立資訊透明化系統的促進器。

On facing the fierce global market competition due to faster information technology development, shorter product lifecycle, and increasing consumer awareness, upstream suppliers have encountered tremendous pressures from downstream vendors to provide high production flexibility and fast parts delivery. To improve their capability and competitiveness, a number of researches have been worked on the issue of how sharing information can assist supply chain performance. In this paper, the effects of information sharing on supply chain performance from the upstream supplier’s perspective are studied. Changes of suppliers’ production planning and inventory policies are mainly concerned to evaluate, with shared demand information and the consideration of demand distortion, how suppliers can meet manufacturer’s lead-time request and also to keep a lower inventory level. A conceptual framework on sharing information among supply chain members is proposed and two three-tier supply chain flow models are developed. The simulation technique is applied to evaluate different scenarios and the results provide valuable insights and suggestions to suppliers regarding to how to fully utilize shared information and to retain their compatibility.
