為整合多位專家的經驗與意見,並避免個人主觀判斷所導致的決策偏誤,群體決策的方法受到廣泛的發展與應用。不過受到環境的複雜性以及專家的判斷能力等影響,決策者可能無法對決策方案給予精確的評估值,故本研究以區間直覺模糊集合為基礎,發展多屬性群體決策方法與技術,量化決策者對問項的看法,充分顯示決策者支持、反對及不確定的三種狀態,並以區間直覺模糊集成運算子統合專家的意見。研究內容為在屬性權重值未知的情況下,使用偏好關係方法結合規劃模型,求解屬性權重確切值;並套用不同模糊交集與聯集公式發展新的區間直覺模糊集成運算子中來整合專家群體的意見。最後,本研究應用所發展的區間直覺模糊群體決策方法於供應商評選問題。
In order to integrate the experience and opinions given by experts, and avoid the decisional errors caused by the individual subject judgment, the group decision-making methods have been widely developed and received lots of applications. However, due to the affects of complex environment and expert discretion, the decision maker would be incapable of generating exact evaluating values for alternative with respect to attributes. Hence, based on the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets, this study develops a multi-attribute group decision-making technique to quantify the opinions and show membership degree, non-membership degree, and hesitancy degree to the evaluations. The aggregation operators are employed to aggregate experts' opinions. The decision process can be divided into the evaluation step, aggregation step, and selection step. Especially, in the condition of unknown attribute weights, the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations combined with a mathematical programming model are used to solve the exact attribute weights. The multi-attribute group decision making problem can be solved by aggregating different opinions from several decision makers.
