本研究旨在探討國民小學教師工作價值觀與組織公民行為之現況與其相關情形。本研究採問卷調查法,研究樣本為桃竹苗四縣市公立國民小學412名教師。所得資料以SPSS For Windows12.0套裝軟體之描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關、Scheffé事後比較、多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,得到結論歸納如下: 一、國民小學教師具有中上程度的工作價值觀,其中以「安全自主」最為重視。 二、國民小學教師具有中上程度的組織公民行為,其中以「利他行為」表現最佳。 三、不同背景變項對於國民小學教師的工作價值觀有顯著差異。 四、不同背景變項對於國民小學教師組織公民行為有顯著差異。 五、國民小學教師之工作價值觀和組織公民行為有顯著正相關。 六、教師工作價值觀能有效預測組織公民行為,以「成就聲望」層面最具預測力。 根據研究結果,研究者提出若干建議,做為教育行政機關、國民小學及未來研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the current status and correlation of teachers' work values and organizational citizenship behavior in elementary school. The researcher adopted questionnaire survey. The objects were 412 teachers from public elementary schools in Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli area. The obtained data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, Scheffé Post Hoc Multiple Comparison, and multiple regression analysis. The main findings of this study were listed as follows: 1. The teachers' work values is above average, especially the value of ”security and independence”. 2. The teachers' organization citizenship behavior is above average, especially the performance of ”altruism behavior”. 3. Teachers with different background variables show the insignificant difference on teachers' work values and organizational citizenship behavior. 4. Teachers with different background variables show the insignificant difference on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior. 5. The teachers' work values and organizational citizenship behavior of elementary school were possess positively correlated. 6. Each of teachers' work values dimension were positive toward prediction for organizational citizenship behavior, especially the dimension of ”achievement and prestige”. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions for educational administrative agencies, elementary school and future research are proposed.
