聚乙烯/聚酯廢纖混練板之物性研究

摘要


本研究採用PE與PET廢纖兩種材料,經混練加工後再進行熱壓工程製成板材。實驗發現,PE與PET廢纖於重量比3:1時,經過混練溫度180℃、混練時間10min所得片狀材料,再於熱壓溫度180℃、熱壓時間15min、熱壓壓力60kg/cm2時成型,可得最佳機械性質。

In this study, we used the polypropylene (PE) and the polyester (PET) wasted fibers, then mixing and hot pressing the plate. From the results, we found that the best treatment condition in the weight ratio of PE and PET is 3: 1. The best mechanical properties of the treatment conditions are mixing at 1800C, mixing 10 minutes, hot pressing temp at 180oC, hot pressing 15 minutes, and pressing 60 kgf7cm2.
