熱熔性聚酯不織布廢邊/金屬網熱壓製板機械性質之研究

摘要


本研究係以不織布廢邊為基材,金屬網為強化材,將不織布廢邊打碎後,與金屬網以文互疊,再經熱壓製成板材,藉由改變成型條件,來探討複合材料的機械性質。由實驗結果得知,因金屬網的夾入使得強度提高20~30%,在低熱壓時間下壓力及溫度對強度的影響較大,而在高壓下溫度的影響則較小。在不同熱壓溫度下,隨著時間及壓力的增加,其強度值隨之提高,伸度值則隨之減小。但是在壓力為90kg/cm2時,伸度值會略為增加。

In the research, we used polyester non-woven waste as matrix and metal net as reinforced materials. After cutting the polyester non-woven waste, we laid it with metal net and thermoformed with pressure. We discuss the mechanical properties by changing formative conditions. The results indicate that because of the metal net make the tenacity increase 20-30 %. Pressure and temperature influenced the tenacity larger at low curing time. The temperature at long curing time influenced the tenacity larger at high pressure, but less at low pressure. 1he tenacity of the boards will increase and the elongation will decrease with time and pressure at different temperature. But under the pressure of90 kglcm2, the elongation will increase a little.
