摘要


本文已成功運用中空錠子式精紡機紡製成非勻性複合紗,其係採用銅纖維為芯紗,Aramid49長纖與不鏽鋼纖維分別做為效應紗與押紗。以非均勻性複合紗為原料,運用5G橫編機織製成雙面平紋與其緯向夾入之針織物,經由交叉疊層積層2層,熱固性不飽和聚酯為基材,再經熱壓機熱壓後形成約3-6mm厚之導電強化熱固性複合材料。此外,並探討雙面平紋緯向夾入根數與夾入原料之不同及不鏽鋼纖維或銅纖維含量對導電熱固性複合材料電磁纖後對其電磁波屏蔽效益之影響。

The hollow spindle spinning method was used in this study successfully to fabricate the uncommingled yams. The copper wire was used as the core yam and Aramid 49 filament yam and stainless steel fiber used as the binder and effected yam respectively. The double plain and its weft inlaid knitted fabrics were made by the 5G traverse knitted machine with the uncommingled yams. Through impregnation and 2-ply cross lamination then the 3 to 6 mm thickness conductive thermosetting composites were fabricated by the compression mold. Furthermore, the effects of weft inlaid ends and constitutions, and the amount of copper and stainless steel on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (EMS E) of the conductive thermosetting composites are investigated. The effects of the weft knitted inlaid materials such as carbon; glass and Aramid 49 on the EMSE of the composites are also studied.
