適用聚酯(PPT)/羊毛混紡織物單一染料之合成與染色性之研究

摘要


本實驗主要目的乃針對眾酯(PTT)/羊毛之混紡織物製備出一系列令有羧酸基團之單偶氮染料,於不同酸驗值(pH=3, 4, 5, 6 )之染浴條件下,對眾酯 (PIT) /羊毛混紡織物進行染色實驗。所欲製備之染料可藉由四種重氮成分經 重氮化反應後製成重氮液,再分別與四不同的偶合成分經偶合反應後獲得。 經純化後之染料再以氫-核磁共振光譜、紅外線光譜和質譜儀等有機光譜與元素分析鑑定其結構自製之含羧基偶氮染料再分別對眾酯(PTT)、羊毛及眾酯 (PTT)/羊毛混紡織物來進行染色,並評估各種染色堅牢度。結果顯示所有染料其堅牢性質均合乎商業需求其中有二支偶氮染料染眾酯(PTT)和羊毛混紡織物可得幾乎相同的色調。

The present work aims to investigate and develop a series of monoazo dyes containing carboxyl group for the polyester(PTT)/wool blend fabrics. These dyes were obtained by the coupling of diazotised, 2-aminobenzoic acid, 3-aminobenzoic acid 4-aminobenzoic acid and 4-nitroaniline with 3-(N,N -diacetoxyethyl)-amino-4-methoxyacetanilide,3-(N,N-diace-toxyethyl) aminoacetanilide, (3-(N,N-diethyl)amino-4-methoxyacetanili-de), and 3-(N ,N-diethyl)amino acetanilide. AU dyes were dyed on polyester(PTT), Wool and polyester(PTT)/wool blends fabric at different pHvalue (pH=3,4,5,6) and their dyeing and fastness properties evaluated. The fastness properties of all the dyed samples were in accord with commercial requirements, and two of the monoazo dyes dyed polyester(PTI) and wool fabrics to approximately the same depth.
