台北市大學生防護性醫療紡織品消費行為對其關切的感染相關議題研究

A Study at the Taipei University Student's Protection Medical Service Textile Expense Behavior and Concerned the Infection Correlation Subject

摘要

近年來因為人體遭受到感染，所必須付出的生命代價相當大，所以在感染方面的相關議題與自我保健、防範除了在醫院受到重視之外，一般消費者也開始逐漸重視。本研究以大學生為研究對象，以專業醫護人員為標準利用KEB和Howard消費者行為模式與相關文獻資料結合設計出問卷，再使用Statistica軟體中的ANOVA與MANOVA對所收集到的問卷資料做分析、探討。目的在於了解這兩群體之間，對於防護性醫療紡織品消費行為、關切的感染相關議題其間的差異化。我們發現了這兩群組在議題與消費行為的部分，除了消費行為「購買防護感染醫療紡織品時，價格便宜是我的優先考量的因素」具相同性之外，其餘都是有差異化的存在。在共同關切的感染議題項目包含「愛滋病感染」、「加護病房感染」「醫療環境與設備清潔、消毒、滅菌（例：手術臺的消毒、牙醫器具等）」、「因為人體遭受感染而造成的死亡率」、「手術中或手術後因為遭受到感染而必須再度接受手術的可能性」。對於「醫療紡織品所使用的製造原料，例：天然的棉麻、人造的合成纖維」兩者表現出的關切度都不高。消費行為部分共同表現最顯著的項目包含「我會拒買對人體產生傷害的防護感染醫療紡織品」、「我相當重視傳染性疾病的預防」等項目，顯示這些相關議題對消費者行為的影響甚大，是勘業者勘酌。
