利用液中硬化包覆法製備海藻酸鈣微膠囊及其制放性之研究

摘要


本研究是利用液中硬化包覆法來製備海藻酸鈣微膠囊。以海藻酸鈉作為微膠囊的膜材,去離子水與酸性染料混合液作為微膠囊的芯材。藉由改變膜材與硬化劑濃度的不同對微膠囊粒徑大小與包覆率的影響,以及改變海藻酸鈉與氯化鈣之交鏈反應時間對微膠囊制放性的影響。實驗結果顯示,包覆率會隨著海藻酸鈉與氯化鈣濃度的增加而有降低的趨勢,在本實驗範圍中海藻酸鈉濃度1.0%~3.0%與氯化鈣濃度1.0%~5.0%時,其包覆率為93.6%~98.5%。海藻酸鈉與氯化鈣濃度的增加對微膠囊粒徑也有明顯的差異,當海藻酸鈉濃度由1.0%至3.0%逐漸增加時,其粒徑也會隨之而增大由2150至3700µm,而氯化鈣濃度由1.0%至5.0%逐漸增加,則粒徑會隨著減小由3000至2250µm。而微膠囊之制放性會隨著交鏈反應時間的增加,而使得制放緩和時間有逐漸增加的趨勢,即其緩釋效果較佳。

In this study, calcium alginate microsphere was prepared by orifice method. The sodium alginate was used as wall material, and distilled water containing yellow dilute dye was used as core material. The parameters of concentration of wall material and crosslinking agent were changed, for investigated the particle size, encapsulated efficiency and effect of controlled release. The results indicated that the encapsulated efficiency was decreased as well as particle size increased by increasing the concentrations of sodium alginate and crosslinking agent. 98.5~93.6% encapsulated ratio and 2150-3700 µm particle size were obtained at 1.0~3.0% alginate. The encapsulated efficiency and particle size were decreased by increasing the concentration of calcium chloride. 98.5~93.6% encapsulated ratio and 3000~2250 µm particle size were obtained at 1.0~5.0%. The effect of controlled release was increased by increasing the concentration of alginate and crosslinking time.
