改變各種處理條件對PET/Nylon輸送帶基布黏結性之研究

The Adhesion Effect of Weft Nylon after Surface Treatment of PET/Nylon Conveyer Belt

摘要


本研究係針對PET/Nylon交織物,利用預溫處理、減量加工、電子束照射、靜電處理後,分析經、緯向的纖維外觀、單束纖維橡膠黏結力。就單束纖維而言,經電子束照射條件700KV7Mard處理後,經向PET黏結力提升7.7%,緯向Nylon黏結力提升12.7%,經過噴霧冷卻後,經向PET黏結力提升10.7%,緯向Nylon黏結力提升13.2%,其緯向黏結效果較佳。

In this study, we observed surface and adhesive force of fibers to analyze the warp and weft of PET/Nylon conveyer belt after pre-heating, decrement, electron beam irradiation, and static treatment. The result shows that fabric at electron beam irradiation for 700KV7Mrad, the PET warp fibers can be raised to 7.7%, Nylon weft fibers can be raised to 12.7% and cooling the PET warp fibers can be raised to 10.7%, Nylon weft fibers can be raised to 13.2%, so the adhesive effect of weft is better.
