以Kev1ar纖維強化不飽和聚酯樹脂/波特蘭水泥混凝土製造透水性人行道地磚可行性之研究

Study on Permeable Sidewalk Bricks which is Manufactures by Kevlar Fiber Added to UP/Portland Cement

摘要


不透水的水泥鋪面是都市熱島效應惡化的推手;它阻礙了土地的呼吸,雨水無法下滲,酷暑自然無法蒸發水汽,因此,改變人工鋪面材質、賦與透水性,除了防洪考量外,也能補注地下水,進而汿緩夏季時的都市熱島效應。本實驗所製造出之試片在抗壓強度方面較高壓混凝土連鎖地磚為差,但在抗彎強度方面較高壓混凝土連鎖地磚為佳,且具有橡膠廢物利用及透水性之特性,顯示出本研究之試片有其實際利用之價值。

Impermeable cement on a pavement prevents the land to absorb water. If water can not infiltrate into ground, it is hard to evaporate in the summer time, which will influence the humidity factor in the city area. The results indicate, the data of compressive, kevlar Fiber Reinforced UP! Portland Cement Concrete on the sidewalk bricks is not better then the high pressure Cement Concrete sidewalk bricks, but about resisting flexure, kevlar Fiber Reinforced UP/ Portland Cement Concrete on the sidewalk bricks is better then the high pressure Cement Concrete sidewalk bricks. Permeability and recycle waste rubber.
