摘要


本研究使用無電極鍍鎳之方法,將粒子懸浮在電鍍液中,籍由氧化還原反應使玻璃纖維不織布得到完整的包覆金屬層,並賦予玻璃纖維不織布具有純金屬粒子一般優異的導電率,藉此提高纖維之導電性並且有助於增加遮蔽電磁波的能力與效果,再與熱固性樹脂並混入導電性填充材石墨粉墨,複合成具電磁波遮蔽之複合材料。使其兼具耐衝擊性與輕量化之特性,其技術與成效將可應用到電腦或先進電子產品等民生用品上。
