電致發光複合薄膜發光強度與輝度之研究

A Study on Luminous Intensity and Brightness of Electroluminescence Composite Films

摘要


本研究是針對電致發光複合薄膜更進一步之研究,本實驗中採用聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)與銀粉混合攪拌製成導電層,其次聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)與硫化鋅(ZnS)製成發光層,接著使用自動塗佈機製作電致發光複合薄膜;製作完成後使用交直流電變壓器(2400Hz, 800V)測其複合薄膜之發光強度,並探討不同導電率之導電層對發光強度與發光效果之影響。由實驗結果發現本文所製作之電致發光複合薄膜之發光亮度最佳可達8.14cd/平方公尺;因此本實驗電致發光複合薄膜可應用在小面板、照明光源、顯示器元件、感測器、廣告配件、智慧型服飾與流行服飾之裝飾品等。

This research is aimed at the further study of electroluminescent composite film. In this study, we adopt and mix Polyurethane (PU) with Ag to form a electric conductive layer, then mix Polyurethane (PU) with ZnS to form a luminous layer. Furthermore, the automatic coating machine was used to fabricate the electroluminescent composite films. After completing these treatment procedures, then use the voltage transformer of alternative and direct current (2400Hz, 800V) to examine the luminous intensity of the composite film itself. Moreover, effects on the different conductivity of the electric conductive layer on luminous intensity of the composite films were investigated. From the experiment results which have discovered the electroluminescent composite film has the optimum luminance intensity of 8.14cd/m^2. However, the electroluminescent composite films fabricated in this study can be applied to small panels, lighting light source, display component, detecting device, advertising fittings, smart clothes, and ornament of popular clothing, etc.
