數位化印前技術在棉織物應用之研究

A Study on the Digitalized Preprinting Technology for Cotton Textiles

摘要


數位化印前技術是利用電腦透過印表機或大型繪圖機,直接將染料噴印在需要印染的布料或媒介上,再經過適當的後處理,快速製作客戶所需要的樣布,馬上確認顏色,圖案和訂單,與傳統印染法須耗時數天相比,完全顛覆了印花打樣的思維,且對於現今喜愛追求流行之消費者而言,數位化印前技術也提供了快速打樣的方式,來因應目前求新多變的社會。此外,數位化印前技術在環保方面優於傳統印染者在於印染廢液的減少,並降低對環境的汙染。因此,本研究主要嘗試以數位化印前技術方式對於棉識物進行印染。但是數位化印前技術技術上重要問題在於,螢慕之樣本色與印製之樣本色存在有色偏的問題。因此在本研究中導演色彩校正模式以改善印製輸出之色彩品質,使得螢幕之原樣本色與印製出布樣之色彩較趨於一致。由研究結果顯示,使用導演過後之校正係數矩陣印製圖像,其色彩真實性較佳。

The digitalized preprinting technology is one of the most important manufacturing processes on reducing the environmental pollution. Nowadays, the digitalized preprinting technology is frequently used instead of the traditional printing process. This kind of printing method will be the essential tecnology for textiles in the future. The colorimetric characterization of this technology on cotton textile is investigated in this study for cotton fabrics to improve the fidelity of the colour-reproducting images on the samples made of cotton fabric. The results indicate that the duplicates made by the digitalized preprinting technology method with colorimetric characterization have better colour fidelity than those by that without it.
