錳鋅鐵氧磁體護幕對電磁波吸收效益之研究

A Study on the Electromagnetic Absorption for Mn-Zn Ferrite Screen

摘要


本研究主要以錳鋅鐵氧磁體混合不飽和聚酯樹脂製成厚度為0.1cm的電磁波吸收體護幕,探討錳鋅鐵氣磁體含量及行多層阻抗匹配組合成電磁波吸收體對電磁波吸收效果之影響。由實驗結果可發現,錳鋅鐵氧磁體含量及護幕層數都將影響電磁波之吸收效果,匹配雙層吸收體護幕時可得到優異的電磁波吸收效果,最佳電磁波吸收值可達33dB。當匹配三層吸收體護幕後,電磁波吸收頻寬率可有效的提升2至3倍。

In this study discuss with the electromagnetic absorption screen with thickness of 0.1cm which are made by Mn-Zn ferrite and unsaturated polyester resin to discuss the effect of electromagnetic absorption with different quantity of Mn-Zn ferrite and multi-layer. In the study by experiment, the quantity of Mn-Zn ferrite and multi-layer will effect the electromagnetic absorption. It would get the better electromagnetic absorption when match two layers, the best absorption values could be 33dB. When match three layers could efficiently double to triple increase the absorption bandwidth.
