匹配多層錳鋅鐵氧磁體複合材疊層對電磁波吸收與遮蔽效果之探討

摘要


本實驗分別以1~25%不等的錳鋅鐵氧磁體粉末混合不飽和聚酯樹脂,製成平板型電磁波吸收體,並以100%不銹鋼紗與銘箔製成類比電路護幕附加於平板型電磁波吸收體表面,以達到多重頻寬與加強電磁波的衰減效益“由實驗研究得知,最佳的衰減頻寬點在2.2GHz~8.5GHz之間,附加了類比電路護幕的平板型電磁波吸收體,其衰減表現則比未附加類比電路護幕的平板型電磁波吸收體提升約5~12%之間。

This research was used 1~25% Mn-Zn ferrite powder and Unsaturated Polyester resin to make electromagnetic wave absorbing composite materials. Then use 100% stainless steel yarn and aluminum foil to make electromagnetic wave absorbing sheets to fold on the. Mn-Zn ferrite composite materials to Improve decrease effect. In this research, the best decrease rate are at 2.2GHz~8.5GHz. Then the decrease rate of the Mn-Zn ferrite composite materials have absorbing sheets are better than no absorbing sheets, about increase 5~12%.
