奈米Ag-TiO2抗菌聚酯織物經撥水撥油加工對抗菌性及加工效果影響之研究

The Effect of Oil &Water Repellent Finishing on Antibacterial Properties of Polyester Fabrics Treated with Nanometer Ag-TiO2 Complex Photocatalyst

摘要


由奈米Ag-TiO2複合光觸媒處理後的聚酯織物,具有良好的抗菌性,本實驗利用此兩種複合之奈米抗菌劑改變奈米Ag-TiO2之比例及濃度,對聚酯織物進行加工,再以不同濃度的撥水撥油劑加工,以探討加工物經撥水撥油加工後對金黃色葡萄球菌之抗菌效果及加工效果的影響。結果發現經由奈米Ag-TiO2複合光觸媒及撥水撥油劑處理後的聚酯織物,其抗菌性會隨著撥水撥油劑的添加量增加而下降,但隨著奈米Ag-TiO2濃度及UV光照時間的增加,其滅菌率也隨之增加。本實驗並利用改變UV光照時間及耐磨擦測試評估耐用性及撥水撥油性之影響。

The polyester with nanometer Ag-TiO2 has excellent antibacterial. In the experiment, it use two composite nanometer antibacterial to change nanometer Ag-TiO2 proportion and consistency. Then the finishing of polyester with different proportion oil & water repellent. The study on the effect of antibacterial and finishing efficient staphylococcus after the finishing textile of oil & water repellent. As a result, the polyester with nanometer Ag-TiO2 and oil & water repellent is that the antibacterial has decline while the proportion of oil & water repellent increase and the consistency of nanometer Ag-TiO2 and UV light grow up while antibacterial will rise.
