複合型吸水性排水管其排水效果評估

The Evaluation of the Sucking Function on Water Absorbing Composite Pipes

摘要


本研究主要是利用熱風不織布及吸水性高分子棉網與聚氯乙烯管件複合而成的吸水性排水管件,應用於地下排水管材時,可有效率的達到水資源的應用。並探討管件的成型方式與排水系統之影響因子。由實驗結果可知,排水的效果隨著層數增加而減低,但若使用單層的話,強力及耐久性都不夠。以吸水性高分子棉網為填充材,聚氯乙烯管為基材的複合型排水管,排水的效果比以往的吸水性管材佳。

This research mainly is nonwoven using the hot blast, SAP, and PVC pipe to complex the water absorbing composite pipe, when applies to the under-drainage tubing, but effectiveness achieves the water resources the application. And discusses the fitting to take shape influence factor the way and the drainage system. May know by the experimental result, the draining water effect increases along with the nonwoven layer decreases, but if use monolayer nonwoven, strength and durability are not enough. As fills the material take the SAP, the PVC pipe for the base material compound drainaging water pipe, the draining water efect is better than the former absorbing pipes.
