纖維素塗佈光交鏈幾丁聚醣複合敷料之製程技術及其物性評估

Manufacturing Process and Properties Analyses of Biomedical Cellulose Wound Dressing Coated with Photocrosslinkable Chitosan

摘要


皮膚位於人體體表之最外層,係生物體與外在環境的最前線防護,亦是生物體免疫系統以及生理功能最重要部位,由於皮膚扮演保水之重要角色,所以皮膚於創傷後,需要一個含水且可吸收組織液的覆蓋材來保護傷口。故本實驗擬規劃研製不同摻混比例之Tencel/PET低熔點纖維製成複合非織物基布,並探討其基布之最大拉伸斷裂強力、透氣度與柔軟度等物理特性。此外調配重量比3%之幾丁聚醣溶液,將其取出10 mL至培春皿中,並使用UV光照射,其中實驗因子將改變光照射時间,使其產生光化學交聯後,再將樣本進行冷凍乾燥製成薄膜浸泡於模擬體液(PBS)中進行降解性測試,以探討幾丁聚醣經UV光照射後,光照時間對於幾丁聚醣所產生之影響,以取得最佳光照時間,再將3%之幾丁聚醣溶液取出8 mL塗佈於Tencel/PET低熔點纖維複合非織物篡布,製備最佳化機能性複合敷料。

Skin is the envelope of human being, the functionality of skin is to protect creatures form hurts in the environment. It is also one of the important part in the immunity system and physical functions. Due to the skin play an important role in water retention, therefore, after the skin is injured, a coverage material, that is contained water is needed to absorbed tissue fluid and protects the wound. For this reason, the Tencel and PET low melting point fiber were used to manufacture the composite nonwoven fabric, and the weight ratio of two kinds of fiber was changed to evaluate the physical properties, including of tensile strength, air permeability. Besides, the 3% chitosan solution was extracted 10 ml into the plate and irradiated by UV-ray and the time of UV-ray irradiation was changed. After the chitosan solution is photocrosslinked, it was dried and cast into the film by fizzy-dry machine. The film was immersed in the simulation body fluid to perform the degradability test and evaluate the effect of UV-ray irradiation time on the film to obtain the optimal UV-ray irradiation time. The 8 ml, 3% chitosan solution was extracted and coated on the Tencel/PET nonwoven fabric to manufacture the optimal and functional composite dressing.
