無電極鍍鎳於螺旋紗之電磁波吸收效益

A Study on the Electromagnet Wave Absorbent Effectiveness of the Spiral Yarn by the Electroless Nickel Plated Method

摘要


本研究利用聚酯纖維熱定型使之成為螺旋狀,將其螺旋狀聚酯纖維進行無電極鍍鎳,後將其排列並浸入不飽和樹脂硬化定型並製成板材,使之成為具有導電性之複合薄膜材料。籍由螺旋狀纖維在基材內部進行導電通路,以及可能伴隨產生之電磁感應,而達到電磁波吸收效果。無電極鍍鎳溫度為80℃電鍍40分鐘最為均勻,經實驗結果得知,螺旋狀板材匹配直線板材後電磁波吸收效果遠比單一螺旋狀板材電磁波吸收效果優異。當固定螺旋螺距為0.5cm螺旋長度為3.5cm匹配5g直線時,電磁波吸收效果最高可達38dB。

In this study, we use the spiral yarn by the electroless nickel plated to gain the electromagnet wave absorbent effectiveness. First of all, we transform linear polyester yam into spiral yarn by thermosetting, after that we let spiral yarn plated nickel by electorless plated. The final step, we put them into thermosetting composites resin to fix their shape and make them have the electric conductivity. By the electric conductivity of the spiral yam, we expect that it'll induce electro-magnetic induction to absorbent electromagnet wave. At 80℃ and 40 minutes of the electroless nickel plated process, the spiral yarn have the best cover with nickel. And by this experiment, we find that the absorbent electromagnet effectiveness wave of the single composites with spiral yarn is less than spiral yarn composites covered by the linear cupper composites. We fixed the distant of the spiral yam 0.5 cm, the length is 8 cm and cover with 5g linear cupper can get the best value of electromagnet wave absorbent.
