液中硬化法製備海藻酸鈣微膠囊包覆檸檬油及其釋放性之探討

Preparation and Controlled Release Properties of Calcium Alginate Microcapsules Encapsulated Lemon Oil

摘要


本研究是利用液中硬化法來製備微膠囊,以海藻酸鈉為殼材,檸檬油為芯材,藉由改變海藻酸鈉濃度、氣化鈣濃度、乳化劑種類和轉速等條件,找出最佳的成型結果,並且探討上述之改變條件對釋放性的影響。實驗結果顯示,以2%海藻酸鈉溶液與5%氣化鈣溶液,乳化劑為Tween20,轉速於24000rpm下所成型之微膠囊為本研究中的最佳條件。

In this study, we use sodium alginate as the shell, lemon oil as the core to prepare the calcium alginate microcapsules encapsulated lemon oil by orifice method. By changing the concentration of alginate, the concentration of CaCl2, the different surfactants and stirring speed of homogeneous, we can find the best propriety condition to prepare the microcapsule. Also, we can compare the controlled release of different conditional. The result shows 2% concentration of alginate, 5% concentration of CaCl2, and Tween20 surfactant at 24000 rpm is the optimal manufacturing conditions.
