阻燃水性聚氨酯之研究

The Study of Inherent Flame-Retardant Waterborne Polyurethane

摘要


聚氨酯材料的性能優良,廣泛用於各領域,但是可燃性較強限制了其應用範園。有鑑於此,本文將以磷系化合物作為原料之一,合成本質型阻燃水性聚氨酯。研究分為兩個部份,一為磷系化合物的改質,再者為阻燃水性聚氨酯的合成。期間分別以傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜儀、示差掃瞄熱分析儀、核磁共振儀及質譜儀作為改質結果的判別。再者以萬能拉力機及限氧指數儀測定水性聚氨酯的物性及阻燃性。結果,反應型阻燃水性聚氨酯斷裂點最大強度為26.2kgfl/平方公分,斷裂點伸長量為393%,LOI值為31,並經塗佈機加工於耐隆布上送測,可通過CNS10285紡織品防焰測試。因此,反應型阻燃水性聚氨脂可有效改善易燃性的問題,同時保有其原有的特性。

Although polyurethane (PU) has received increasing attention owing to its excellent properties, flammability severely limits its applications. Therefore, the feasibility of waterborne PU can be examined. To do so, phosphorus-containing derivatives are synthesized, followed by verification using FTIR, DSC, NMR and MASS. Next, Flame-retardant PU can be synthesized by using above-mentioned phosphorus-containing derivative. The physica1 properties and LOI, value can be measured by the instron and LOI, the strength, elongation and LOI value are 26.2 kgf/lcm^2, 393% and 31 respectively, followed by coating on the nylon to test the flammability of textiles, CNSI0285.Analysis resu1ts indicate that these coatings can provide excellent flame-retardant capability. Additionally, these synthesis can provide excel1ent flame-retardant property and retain their unique functions simultaneously. Results of this study can provide a va1uable reference for efforts to develop commercial applications with water borne PU features.
