加入鐵粉之混凝土對電磁脈衝屏蔽之研究

The Influence of Concrete Adding Iron Powder on Electromagnetic Impulse Shielding Effectiveness

摘要


本研究在探討加入鐵粉混合後之混凝土複合材料為基礎,並將混凝土複合材料疊層,探討混凝土複合材對電磁波屏蔽作用。其目的為利用表面電阻以及疊層之特性,使電磁波屏蔽效益增加。由實驗結果得知,以加入鐵粉混合後之混凝土複合材料所製成的電磁波屏蔽體,本研究利用並以改變材料鐵粉及混凝土比例、阻抗匹配之疊層等因素作,加以探討混凝土複合材料對電磁波體屏蔽體的影響。在三片疊層具鐵粉之混凝土試片中,其試片鐵粉含量越高,對於屏蔽效果較有優異之效果。

The study is to discuss the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness on iron adding the iron powder. And it is to analyze the effect to change the material and percentage of concrete for the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness. In the results, when the concrete test models with iron powder is single piece, we know that the iron powders in the concrete are more, and surface resistivity is lower and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is well. And when the concrete test models with iron powder are combined three pieces, the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is much better.
