以天然山梔子為交鏈劑對明膠微膠囊包覆精油之成形性探討

The Formation of Gelatin Microcapsules Encapsulated Essential Oil Treated with a Natural Cross-linking Agent Gardenia Fructose

摘要


本實驗以中藥山梔子萃取天然明膠交鏈劑,取代目前常使用化學合成具毒性之戊二醛和甲醛。並加觀察以簡單凝膠法所製得之明膠微膠囊表面成型性、交鏈以及緩釋效果。結果顯示,由紅外線光譜儀FTIR分析得知,在不同交鏈劑濃度下,皆具有交鏈效果,交鏈劑濃度越高時其所交鏈的官能基吸收光譜明顯增加。在500rpm轉速下成型較佳,其粒徑大小為500.28±3.76μm,而且在具有酸性環境的交鏈劑中,加入中性pH=7的明膠時,其表面成型較差。反之,加入酸性pH=4.0和pH=5.5的明膠進行反應時其成型較佳。另外,在固定明膠微膠囊與交鏈劑山梔子乙醇溶液的比例為1:3的條件下,其在30%的濃度下有較佳成型性。進行精油制放實驗三小時後,得知原油釋放率為17%,但經微膠囊包覆後釋放率降至2%。

In this study, Chinese medicine Gardenia was found to prepare a natural gelatin cross linking agent. It replaced the toxic chemistry complex, such as glutaraldehyde and formaldehyde, which were often used in other studies. The gelatin microcapsule was prep rated by Simple coacervation method that was observed by the shape, cross linking and controlled release. The result found the microcapsule gabled oil used. By the Fourier transform infrared analysis, all the reaction showed cross linking under the different concentrations. When concentration was higher, the function of cross linking had more base amides content. The particle size, 500.28±3.76μm, had better forming under the 500rpm rotational speed. Besides, the cross linking agent preparation in the acidic environment had better results when its reaction joined the gelatin of pH=4.0 and pH=5.5. On the other hand, the gelatin showed decreasing reactions on the surface at the Gelatin of pH=7. At the preparation, the Gardenia Fructose in the ethanol solution and the gelatin microcapsule are ratio under 1:3 condition, and it formed good shape under 30% concentrations. During the Fourier transform infrared analysis, the controlled release rate of the oil was found at the 17%. Furthermore, the controlled release rate was changed to 2%.
