針布設計對纖維梳理量模擬之研究

Simulation on Carding Quantity with Carding Wire

摘要


本研究主要針對梳棉機針布的规格,以齒高、齒深、齒距、齒角等參数利用平面幾何學算法計算金屬針布間的容積,將其金屬針布間容簀針算結果套用至梳棉機錫林。本實驗利用平面幾何裡的幾何三角形、梯形和矩形這三種方法計算針布的容積量,其計算結果與CAD電腦繪圖软體計算值做比對。計算結果顯示三角形法和梯形法最接近CAD值。三角形法的差異在-5.160%~-12.89%之間,梯形法的差異在1.27%~6.25%之間。計算針布在錫林上容積結果顯示,三角形法的差異在-0.83%~-1.96%,梯形法則是在0.21%~68%。

The research is to focus on the height, depth, pitch and angle of the existing carding metallic wire by using the geometry algorithm in order to calculate volume of the metallic wire. And apply the result to the cylinder to simulate its carding quantity. The calculation methods uses in the research are triangle, trapezoid and rectangle. And the result then compare with CAD calculating result. The result shows that triangle and trapezoid method are close to the CAD result. The variation of the triangle method is between -5.l6%~-l2.89%, trapezoid method is between 1.27%~6.25%. The variation of the volume on the cylinder with the triangle method is between -0.83%~1.96%, trapezoid method is between 0.21%~0.68%.
