聚丙烯不織布經丙烯酸單體接枝及根黴菌幾丁聚醣(Rhizochitosan)和膠原蛋白交聯固定之敷材對大鼠傷口癒合之研究

Effect of Polypropylene Nonwoven Fabric Surface Grafted with Acrylic Monomer and Immobilized with Rhizochitosan and Collagen on Derma Wound Healing of Rats

摘要


本研究以聚丙烯不織布經丙烯酸單體進行表面接枝改質後,再以戊二醛作為交聯劑,將根黴菌幾丁聚醣和膠原蛋白交聯固定於表面以製得敷材。其中根黴菌幾丁聚醣之去乙醯度約80%。由實驗結果顯示,經交聯固定之敷材對於白兔皮膚刺激性實驗並無不良影響。而根黴菌幾丁聚醣和膠原蛋白之固定比例為2:1之敷材,在大鼠傷口癒合的觀察中可發現其對於傷口癒合表現情形優越,有效縮短傷口癒合時間。另,在體外細胞毒性測試中發現敷材不具毒性。

In this study, polypropylene nonwoven fabric grafted with acrylic acid, then immobilized with a mixture of Rhizochitosan and collagen by glutaraldehyde as cross-linker. Experimental result shows that the wound dressings didn't caused the dermal irritation from animal test. The immobilizing ratio of Rhizochitosan/collagen at 2:1 on the modified P.P. nonwoven could obtain good results for the derma wound healing. In addition, the result of the wound dressing for the in vitro cytotoxicity test is negative.
